Reporting to the Finance/Accounting Manager, the position is responsible for the day-to-day performance of General Accounting functions involving billing and collection, disbursement of funds, payroll, bookkeeping, inventory, cash flows and maintenance of various accounting and financial records. The position is also responsible for keeping the books of accounts, assists in the preparation of financial statements, internal control systems, and statutory reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR, DOLE and other government regulatory agencies), tax planning and tax compliance. Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, external audits and government business regulation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a degree in BS Accountancy or any Accounting related course (Fresh Graduates / No experience are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with tax and reportorial regulations
  • Strong attention to details and confidentiality
  • Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP and other Accounting software is a plus
  • Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
