Role Overview

The

Project Manager

is responsible for leading end-to-end service delivery projects - from initiation to completion - ensuring that OakTech Systems' clients receive seamless and high-quality implementations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience managing multiple cross-functional projects within a fast-paced technology or fintech environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and highly skilled at balancing client needs with operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Asana to ensure milestones are met.
- Business Analysis:

Conduct thorough requirements gathering and process mapping to align outcomes with client objectives.
- Reporting & Communication:

Develop dashboards and detailed status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordination:

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely service implementation and adherence to SLAs.
- Risk & Issue Management:

Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive solutions to maintain delivery excellence.
- Process Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for project and service workflows.

Collaboration and Strategy
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to align deliverables with client goals.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable project management frameworks.
  • Coordinate with data and analytics teams to ensure transparency in reporting and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For

Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in service delivery or consulting.
  • Proven track record using

Asana

for project coordination and reporting.
- Strong business analysis and process improvement background.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
