URGENT: Associate Digital Marketing Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising-related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Business Suite, ad management, and performance tracking
  • Familiar with content planning and scheduling tools like Meta Planner, Buffer, or Later
  • Skilled in preparing analytics reports and summarizing insights clearly and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, CPM, CPC, etc.)
  • Experience in running paid ads and boosted posts on Facebook and Instagram
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital funnel strategies is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creatives and strategists
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Set up and monitor Meta ads, including audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization
  • Use Meta Business Suite to schedule content, monitor page performance, and manage campaigns
  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and other tools
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals and copy with campaign goals, brand shoots, etc.
  • Assist in boosting strategies—identify high-performing content and allocate budget strategically
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPC, CTR, and ROI
  • Support SEO initiatives, email marketing, and other digital campaigns as needed
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and digital marketing trends

Amenable to work on a hybrid setup 2x a week in Makati.
