Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Nurse is tasked with ensuring that all clinical operations within the Company maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. This role ensures that the agency's clinical practices are continually improving and meeting all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure patient care is safe, effective, and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Promote a culture of preoccupation with potential failures by identifying areas of risk and developing action plans to mitigate them.
  • Monitor clinical documentation to ensure compliance and reduce the likelihood of errors.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure that best practices are followed and that continuous improvement is prioritized.
  • Facilitate training on quality assurance processes, patient safety, and HRO principles across the organization.
  • Analyze patient feedback and clinical outcomes, driving improvements in care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • RN license with experience in quality assurance or clinical nursing
  • At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in home healthcare
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in quality assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
