About the role

Jollibee Group is seeking an experienced Pollution Control & Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the company's environmental compliance and maintaining critical equipment and infrastructure to support Jollibee's operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement and monitor pollution control programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  2. Manage and maintain the company's wastewater treatment facilities, air pollution control systems, and other environmental equipment
  3. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of pollution control systems to identify and address issues proactively
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improving environmental performance
  5. Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate environmental compliance
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in environmental regulations and best practices in pollution control

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in pollution control and environmental compliance management
  3. Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment, air pollution control, and environmental regulations
  4. Proficient in using environmental monitoring and testing equipment
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  7. Commitment to upholding the company's environmental and sustainability goals
