Job Title: Ctrl-M Service Management Governance Job Type: Hybrid – (2x a week Onsite)

Location: Mandaluyong,1550,PH

Position Type: 6 months contract

No. of hours per week: 45

Shift Timings : 6:00AM - 4:00PM PHST

Summary:

Skills:  Ctrl M + basic AWS cloud

  • Non-production environment support

  • Service management team for non-prod environments

  • Environment shakeout, environment availablility reporting

  • Non-prod batch management (Ctrl-M)

  • Need ITIL experience / training

  • Create operating model and framework

  • Financial service experience preferred

  • Plutora experience preferred, UCD, ALM, Microfocus Service Virtualisation, Delphix - triage, JIRA

Strong mainframe skill.

Ctrl M + AWS cloud (basic)

-Incident management experience or knowledge.

-Knowledgeable with ITIL practice (incident, change, etc.)

-Knowledge/experience with support role and service management process

Other Skills: Mainframe, COBOL, JCL
