Work Details:

  • Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | Night Shift | 9 PM to 6 AM
  • Will follow US holidays

As a Ticketing Agent, you will be assigning tickets to our Accounts Payable Team Members.

In addition, other tasks you may be assigned to but not limited to would be the following:

  • Monitor, support, and research Accounts Payable Inquiries.
  • Clearly communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email.
  • Possibly assist with light AP duties such as but not limited to, Reconcile statements, audit expense reports, audit invoices, special project upon request.
  • Triage basic problems, taking corrective action to ensure availability and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

About You:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced Excel Skills a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills.
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • Alternate role titles: Help Desk Technician
  • Software knowledge: Excel, Outlook, PDF Xchange, Service Now, and Oracle a plus
