Responsibilities:
• Manage travel bookings, inquiries, and changes with precision and care.
• Provide detailed information about travel options, rates, and itineraries.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and adjustments efficiently.
• Resolve travel-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and customer interactions.


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of travel products and destinations, including flight routes, hotel chains, and rental car companies
• Familiarity with travel booking systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
• 1 Year of experience required
