Role: Senior Sales Account Manager (Swine/Poultry)
As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you'll provide expert guidance in swine and poultry nutrition, build strong client relationships, and deliver solutions that drive farm success. This is primarily a sales role with reasonable targets. You will also have the opportunity to lead a team of junior technical sales advisors--your stepping stone towards a higher leadership role in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for swine/poultry farms
Lead a team of junior technical sales advisors
Drive overall sales growth within your sales team
Recommend tailored nutrition strategies
Build and maintain client relationships
Help optimize production efficiency

Qualifications
- At least 5 years work experience in technical sales,
preferably in the Animal Industry in the Philippines - A background in animal nutrition, livestock management, animal science or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related disciplines is preferred
- Familiarity with the swine and poultry industry in the Philippines is an advantage
- Experience in leading a sales team is a plus
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess farm operations, identify challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Effective Communication skills to present technical information, engage with diverse stakeholders, and build relationships
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, including resolution of product and implementation challenges in swine/poultry farms
- Customer Service skills to professionally handle client inquiries, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction
