Now Hiring: Kitchen Helper

Location: Shopleaf Plant Studio, 44 Malingap, Quezon City

Shopleaf Plant Studio is looking for a Kitchen Helper who will eventually be trained to become a chef. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about food preparation and café operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Support café staff during busy hours
  • Will be trained to handle more advanced kitchen tasks and grow into a chef role

Qualifications:

  • At least some experience working in a small café or similar food setup
  • Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to start immediately

Work Schedule:

  • Café operating hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Rest day: Monday

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting rate: Minimum wage + benefits
  • Raise after 3 months based on performance
  • Staff meals and employee discounts included

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
