Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building high-performance mobile and web applications using the Flutter framework. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, responsive, and visually appealing applications while ensuring seamless integration with APIs and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile and web applications using Flutter.
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging UI/UX interfaces that align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate REST APIs and ensure data synchronization.
  • Utilize PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL for database design, optimization, and management.
  • Develop and maintain modules using C#.NET where necessary for backend integration or support.
  • Implement version control, task management, and CI/CD workflows using Git, JIRA, and related tools.
  • Integrate native platform functionalities (Android/iOS) within cross-platform Flutter codebases.
  • Participate in full-stack development initiatives when needed.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues, particularly high-priority or production-level concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure on-time project delivery.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile/web development using the Flutter framework.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL.
  • Proficient in C#.NET development.
  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design and responsive interfaces.
  • Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skilled in REST API development and integration.
  • Ability to integrate native platform features in cross-platform codebases.
  • Exposure to full-stack development is an advantage.

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle urgent issues efficiently.
  • Experience in banking or financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
