In this role, you’ll work across the full technology stack—from front‑end interfaces to back‑end systems—to build secure, scalable, and high‑performing financial applications. Key Responsibilities Build high quality, fault tolerant systems and products, owning all areas of implementation, frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites and operations Work with your product owner and business stakeholders to define the product and tech roadmaps. Engage with the wider engineering organization, making sure your tech roadmap aligns with the other teams. Designing and developing robust and scalable server‑side applications using Node.js. Designing and developing robust web and mobile applications using Flutter.. Writing reusable, efficient, and maintainable code. Implementing and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with front‑end applications. Integrate APIs with front‑end applications. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshooting and debugging production issues to ensure smooth operations. Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality standards. Keeping up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and trends in Node.js and Flutter development. Key Requirements 5–7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React/Vue/Angular) , and modern frameworks. Backend experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET , and RESTful API development. Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands‑on experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments. Familiarity with payment processing , transaction handling , digital wallets , or core banking systems . Understanding of security standards such as PCI‑DSS, OWASP, and encryption protocols. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Nice to Have Experience with microservices architecture and event‑driven systems . Knowledge of blockchain , DeFi , or RegTech technologies. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Certifications related to finance , cloud , or secure coding . #J-18808-Ljbffr
