Knockdown Group, mainly our events-management agency, Knockdown Events Productions, is on the lookout for a full-time Production Manager

Position Summary:

The Production Manager (PM) oversees the end-to-end execution of assigned events — from planning and logistics to supplier coordination and on-ground delivery. The PM works independently with minimal reliance on the Production Head while supervising Production Assistants and ensuring that every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.

They are the backbone of event execution — ensuring that creative concepts are brought to life with precision and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end production planning and on-ground execution of assigned events and activations
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Creatives, Finance) and external suppliers to ensure all requirements are fulfilled on time
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within cost
  • Supervise Production Assistants and provide guidance throughout the event lifecycle
  • Oversee ingress, setup, event operations, and egress to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain updated production trackers, supplier lists, and event documentation
  • Evaluate supplier and manpower performance post-event and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met at every stage of production

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Familiar with event production logistics, staging, and technical requirements
  • Comfortable with digital documentation and production tracking tools

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a college degree in Communication, Advertising, or related fields
  • At least two (2) years of professional work experience in event production, logistics, or project management (school-related activities and internships are not counted)
  • Must be open to a hybrid setup (work-from-home and on-site as needed)
  • Willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays depending on event requirements
