Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you are expected to be the central Point of Contact for stakeholder coordination—especially translating technical updates to business-oriented stakeholders, resource & risk management, and project progress documentation through to the marketing website's expected launch date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate project resources, tasks, and deliverables to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders who are involved in the project and team members to foster collaboration and drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project workstream leads to ensure smooth execution of Corporate Website tasks
  • Streamline communication and ensure feedback and follow-ups are documented and occur only in defined channel(s) where pending questions/comments are comprehensively addressed on time.
  • Share industry best practices from CMS content management system (ideally Acquia Drupal), technical SEO and/or corporate websites or custom website relaunches
  • Work closely with key stakeholders of the project to clarify their feedback of Corporate Website designs for the Global Digital Technology Front End and vendor development teams
  • Ensure stakeholder feedback is given at defined checkpoints only without incremental requests (scope of work will be based on the contract agreement).

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience at least 5 years in a Technology Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on CMS (ideally Acquia Drupal), technical SEO and/or corporate websites or custom website relaunches
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Training/License/Certification: Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2)
