Role Mission
As a
Project Manager
at
Robinsons Offices
, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of new building developments and improvement projects. You will ensure seamless integration across all project phases—from planning to handover—while collaborating closely with Operations, Leasing, and other key departments.

In this role, you will lead project reviews, manage bidding and award processes, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design and operational standards. You will also provide technical support to internal teams and tenants, facilitate documentation workflows, and maintain strong communication with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive timely and high-quality project delivery.

What We're Looking For
Must be a
Registered Civil Engineer
; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage

At least
7 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the construction industry, with solid engineering expertise in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems
Proven strength in project and construction management, with a background in design coordination, plan review, and collaboration with architectural, engineering design, and specialty service teams for mid-rise and high-rise building projects

Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple activities and stakeholders, and deliver projects with efficiency, quality, and timeliness

Demonstrated skills in goal-setting, problem-solving, and maintaining energy, drive, and persistence throughout project execution

Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office applications, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations

Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, and do project site inspections including provincial locations
