  • Provide high quality customer service, monitoring the delivery of brand direction and recommending areas of improvement.
  • Supports S&M team and work closely with the PR Officer in preparing and monitoring hotel press kits and other marketing collaterals.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing long-term communication strategy.
  • Formulates and implements public relations strategies, select as well as develops media marketing strategies and other campaign activities.

  • Develop and manage the active media relations:

  • Local/ National/ Social Media Contact- Plan and execute press conference- Media Clips follow-up and consolidation

  • Collects the F&B/ Rooms Package. Brainstorm and formulate the best practice for Midori Hotel.

  • Brainstorm and execute the On-line (Fanpage, website…etc) campaign.
  • Collects and file the data for website execution. Upload the latest news (Rooms Package/ F&B Promotion/ Media Press) of Midori Hotel.
  • Assists in hotel website design / posting updates in coordination with the IT Manager and Revenue Supervisor.
  • Manages the production of support material and selection of printed and electronic brochures that include the hotels and its services
  • Preparation and coordination for all the necessary requirements for all events/ tradeshows that the company may engage in.
  • Participate in strategic programs to build brand awareness and drive revenue; such as credit and charge card programs, frequent flyer programs, rewards/ incentive programs.
  • Assist company program related to marketing
