Job Qualification:

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and operations.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Skilled in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in finance and administrative positions.
  • Professional certifications like CPA or CFA are advantageous.

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Supervise and lead the finance and administrative team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial performance analyses to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiencies.
  • Handle payroll processing and vendor payments.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships.
  • Implement systems to track and monitor expenses and revenues.
  • Coordinate administrative functions, including office maintenance and supplies.
  • Streamline administrative processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Manage employee benefits, insurance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making with financial insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
