Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with account information, transactions, technical issues, and general concerns.
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures in resolving customer issues.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of inquiries.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Work hours: 8 hours/day, shifting schedule (including regular and special non-working holidays); 4 days off per month
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php21, Php22,000.00 per month
