About the role

As a Sales Associate at Fine Acrylic, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service and sales support. What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations Generating sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions Participating in regular team meetings to share best practices and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the acrylic products industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team
