Zealplast Corporation, a trusted manufacturer of flexible packaging, is looking for a Process Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering to join the team. You will be monitoring production outputs, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency of all machines, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compute machine efficiency and monitor production output.
  • Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and improve resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure proper allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets and avoid downtime.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and adjust schedules as needed to minimize delays.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data, forecast demand, and solve problems.
  • Experience in production planning or operations in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
