Job Purpose

Under the supervision of IE Manager, He/ She is responsible for providing Industrial Engineering support and services to the plant operations per assigned functions, duties and responsibilities. Generates feedback of Plant Performance through KPI monitoring and auditing of compliance to standards, policies and approved budget.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manufacturing and Standards

 Conducts cost analysis, time and motion studies, feasibility studies, system analysis to ensure work methods improvement and cost saving concepts on all SKU and processes.

 Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain good quality products.

 Establishes the routing standards of variable overhead, fixed overhead and direct labor.

 Analyze and Standardize manufacturing metrics and measurement.  Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.  Reviewing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.  Reviewing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades in tandem with operations personnel.  Analyzing and implementing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

Manufacturing Projects

 Provides support in the implementation new Information System (IS) in the plant.

 Provides support to all department units in facilitating and monitoring of Profit Improvement Programs and Initiatives.

 Recommends work methods improvement and cost savings concepts to the Operations Group.

 Performs other functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

 Commitment and compliance to food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc.

Qualifications:

 Graduate in Industrial Engineering, preferably licensed IE.

 At least 2 years relevant work experience in food manufacturing.

 Knowledge on FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Documentation Management System.

 Knowledge on Microsoft, Continual improvement and/or Operation Excellence or Six Sigma.

 Good in verbal and written communication.

 Willing to be assigned in other provincial assignment.

 Ability to take initiative and responsibility in team environment.

 Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills.

 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
