We're pooling applicants for a Treasury & Investments Supervisor/Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team — someone who thrives on making cash flow work smarter, keeping investment records audit-ready, and partnering with banks and consultants to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Level: Supervisor/individual contributor

  • Location: Rockwell Makati

  • Work schedule: onsite Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30

What You'll Do:

Cash Management & Banking Operations

  • Supervise daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and optimized fund use.

  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions; ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with agreements.

  • Oversee disbursement and collection processes, including fund transfers and payment gateways.

  • Maintain secure, organized custody of all bank-related files and transaction proofs.

Investment Operations

  • Safeguard investment documents (e.g., bond certificates) and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Work closely with investment consultants to support strategies and execution.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly investment reports, schedules, and accruals for senior management.

Financial & Regulatory Reporting

  • Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of investment transactions in the accounting system.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports, portfolio summaries, and ROI analysis for internal and regulatory use.

  • Guarantee timely submission of all financial reports to avoid penalties and maintain compliance.

  • Support the Corporate Finance Manager with detailed management reports and ad hoc analyses.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve financial control and reporting accuracy.

  • Lead or support special projects related to treasury or investment functions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investments, or related fields

  • Preferably with a background in investment fund or private equity fund management

  • Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting, banking operations, and financial systems

  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
