Job Overview:The Treasury Head will be responsible for overseeing the company's treasury functions, ensuring optimal cash flow management, investment strategies, risk mitigation, and financial controls. This role is critical in managing the company's liquidity, banking relationships, and compliance with financial regulations to support the operational and strategic goals of a multi-brand restaurant group. Key Responsibilities:Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:Oversee daily cash flow management, ensuring funds are available for operational and expansion needs.

Develop cash forecasting models to optimize fund allocation across multiple restaurant brands. Implement efficient cash-handling policies for store operations and back-office transactions. Banking & Financial Operations:Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment processors.

Oversee bank reconciliations, disbursements, and collections. Negotiate banking agreements, loan facilities, and credit lines to support business growth. Investment & Risk Management:Implement investment strategies that maximize returns on idle cash while ensuring liquidity.

Assess and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and market fluctuations. Ensure compliance with treasury policies, financial regulations, and internal controls. Financial Reporting & Compliance:Prepare and analyze treasury reports, cash flow statements, and funding requirements.

Ensure adherence to BIR, SEC, and other financial regulatory requirements. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to enhance financial reporting accuracy. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (CPA or CFA is a plus).5 years of experience in Treasury Management, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG industries.

Technical & Soft Skills:Strong understanding of cash management, banking transactions, and investment planning. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and treasury management systems. Experience in POS revenue consolidation and store-level financial management.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of BIR, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.
