HIRING: Quality Assurance Supervisor & Training Assistant Manager

Location: TP Clark | Full-time | Onsite | Urgent Hiring

We're looking for experienced professionals with a Helpdesk-type background to join our team in TP Clark

General Qualifications

  • Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge in operating systems and Microsoft products
  • Experience supporting a BPO environment
  • IT graduate or at least 2 years in college (IT-related)
  • Telco and general tech backgrounds not accepted

Specific Requirements

Quality Assurance Supervisor – Minimum 6 months QA or related experience

Training Assistant Manager – Minimum 6 months in training or teaching-related tasks
