About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Secretary to join our team in our Caloocan City, Metro Manila office. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and organizational support to our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements

Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Ordering office supplies and managing inventory

Performing other general administrative duties as needed to support the team
What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
