Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and organizing the Company's sales production and activities which contribute to the development of more business clients for the Company.
  • Devising and implementing business development and sales strategies and activities to meet the sales performance goals or sales quota of the Company.
  • Prospecting new clients and to ensure high business revenue through institutionalized networking # to hire and develop his/her own sales team.
  • Oversees the activities of the sales team and ensure productive sales results.
  • Projects a professional and reliable Company image through in-person, email and phone interaction.
  • To develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company annual sales goals / quota and profitability based on the annual set targets provided by the company through a separate memorandum.
  • Reports directly to the President & Managing Director.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in in any course and proven track record in a selling career
  • At least 5 years' experience in institutional sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets or quota.
  • With institutional contact network and experience in Financial Services (i.e. Banking and Insurance) is an advantage but those from hospitality and other B2B company are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva Visual Suite and adeptness in social media
