About the Role
Role is responsible for:1) Meeting persistency target through collaboration with all key stakeholders to achieve business profitability.
2) Providing analytics studies for critical programs geared towards BPI AIA's development and/or implementation of key initiatives to maintain/improve the channel's 2-year persistency and agent resell/repurchase rate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with the relevant business units to ensure all Persistency KPIs are effectively managed with the ability to hold relevant business functions accountable for delivery, where applicable
- Develop sound and accurate data-driven assessment and studies, projections and insights for critical programs and initiatives that will aid in the achievement of the company's persistency rate target.
- Implement distribution-related programs/initiatives towards attainment of persistency targets
- Monitor all initiatives taken and campaigns launched with relevant measured and take necessary actions for improvement
- Provide drill down regular reports and alerts to the various levels of the distribution teams, as well as constant interactions with field sales teams to take feedback and suggestions.
- Identify selling and/ or process gaps and provide recommendations for efficiency and improvement.
- Closely partner with Marketing and Operations in designing and executing Company-wide strategies towards improving business retention.
- Ensures field sales team, trainers, and agency partners (leaders and advisors) are equipped with the necessary tools and materials for enhancing their knowledge and skills on persistency, leads management, and existing customer resell.
- Communicate and present analytical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are observed
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4- or 5-year college course preferably in the field of statistics, actuarial, mathematics, business economics, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 5 years work experience with a Life Insurance Company, preferably Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Have prior experience in supervising a multi-functional team, with ability to influence and drive cross-functional business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to probe all relevant resources to maximize results
- Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills, with excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a track record of producing accurate, thorough and professional work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize initiatives to support business growth
