About Likaa
We are a community-based app that helps restaurants attract customers through digital coupon promotions. The app features a coupon map that allows users (primarily students and young adults aged to easily discover nearby dining deals. Restaurants can improve direct bookings through Likaa, making us an affordable customer-acquisition channel.
Role Summary
Are you commercially minded and persuasive, with a passion for building partnerships? As a Student Partnership Executive at Likaa, you will be a pivotal "closer" in our growth engine. Your mission is to translate the tangible student demand we create on campus into successful, long-term partnerships with restaurants. This role offers real-world experience in B2B sales, startup business development, and Manila's F&B scene.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the entire partnership cycle, from targeted outreach to onboarding and success.
- Identify, approach, and pitch to restaurant owners and managers in strategic locations (near Ubelt, Maginhawa, Katipunan, etc). Articulate Likaa's unique value proposition as a margin-friendly customer acquisition channel.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements. Personally guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they successfully create and publish their first coupons.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of restaurant partners. Ensure their success by providing basic performance insights and encouraging ongoing engagement with the platform.
Qualifications
(Must-Haves)
- We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic student who can operate with the maturity of a business developer.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at a university in Quezon City or Metro Manila, with a strong understanding of the local student dining landscape.
- Proven sales, negotiation, or business development acumen. This could be from previous roles, club fundraising, or demonstrable personal projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with business owners and managers.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented. You thrive on challenges and have a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
(Nice-to-Haves)
- Previous experience in the F&B industry or having network among local restaurant owners/managers.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of two-sided marketplaces.
