QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management (Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, etc.).
  • Proficient in ad platforms and analytics; skilled in translating ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC into strategy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resourceful mindset; data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Demonstrated continuous learning and adaptability across digital platforms.
  • Self-motivated team player with leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills; effective with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Bachelor's in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City twice a week, night shift (8 PM–5 AM PST).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and SEM strategies, managing budgets, KPIs, and client alignment.
  • Oversee multi-platform campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense), paid ads, and workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, optimizing via keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, and content planning.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Mentor specialists and associates, ensuring best practices in execution and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, streamline workflows, and implement scalable processes for efficiency.

Hybrid Setup (2x onsite and 3x wfh)

Night Shift (8:00PM - 5:00AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php95,000.00 per month
