QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Work experience in the same field is an ADVANTAGE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Ability to meet sales target
  • Willing to be assigned in Laguna (Calamba, Cabuyao, Bay, Victoria, San Pedro, Los Banos, Batangas City, Sto. Tomas, Sta. Rosa)

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Responsible for overall marketing and administration of the branch to ensure consistent growth and profitable performance.
  • Meet loans and deposits monthly target quotas.
  • Makes marketing calls to existing clients and prospects.
  • Ensures client satisfaction and that the quality of service rendered to them is consistently met, if not exceeded.
  • Responds quickly to problems that may arise within the branch or from clients to ensure speedy solutions.
  • Maintain, manage and monitor all operational issues
  • Checks branch employees' performance and assigned tasks/duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php35,000.00 per month
