Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the branch, ensuring that all functions (customer service, food preparation, inventory, cash handling) run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the branch team (sales agent) to meet performance, service and sales targets.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to boost sales, improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Monitor branch financial performance: review sales results, control expenses (labor, food cost, utilities), manage profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, health & safety regulations, food handling standards.
  • Manage branch staffing: hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching and disciplinary action when needed.
  • Maintain inventory and supply chain: ensure stock levels, monitor wastage/variance, order supplies timely.
  • Handle customer relations: resolve complaints, ensure high service standards and maintain brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with head office or regional operations: submit reports (sales, P&L, inventory), implement promotions, support brand initiatives.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • At least 2‑3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a retail / food service environment.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools; able to analyze data and work with numbers.
  • Results‑driven, reliable, professional, and able to handle a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willing to travel (if needed) and flexible with work hours (including weekends/holidays) as the branch demands.
