DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage Sales and Pay-out to achieve 100% Gross Profit Target
  • Manage daily branch controllable expenses to keep monthly expenses within the budget
  • Initiate long term branch improvement plans that may result to higher profit and savings on expenditures
  • Initiate, implement and evaluate Local Brach Marketing to achieve sales targets
  • Enhance revenue and capture new markets through targeted events
  • Ensure that all operational and administrative systems and standard operating procedures are being followed at all times
  • Provide and convey to the branch business strategies and operational plans and targets on a regular basis
  • Command Responsibilities, overall direction and leadership of the entire branch.
  • Flexible and can work on Non-standard work hours, field work

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Not less than five (5) years of experience in the same capacity of operation or similar field, 3 years of which is in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Bachelor's Degree - preferably Management, Marketing or Accounting
  • 5 Years Minimum Relevant Work Experience
  • Attention to Details
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Unquestionable Integrity
  • Business and strategic planning skills
  • Knowledge in Hiring, training, coaching & performance management skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Possess strong leadership skills and personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
