Job Summary:
The Branch Manager oversees the overall operations of the dealership branch, ensuring efficient performance across sales, service, and administration. This role drives profitability, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and leads a high-performing team aligned with brand standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
· Manage daily dealership operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve branch efficiency and results.
Sales & Business Growth
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
· Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
· Oversee vehicle inventory to maintain an attractive and competitive lineup.
Customer Experience
· Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly and implement programs that enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Management
· Recruit, train, and develop sales, service, and administrative staff.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and establish development plans.
· Foster a collaborative and positive work culture that promotes excellence and accountability.
Marketing & Community Relations
· Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
· Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community organizations.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
· Identify and mitigate risks in dealership operations.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role within an auto dealership or related industry, with a strong record of sales and team success.
· Skills:
· Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Deep understanding of automotive sales, service operations, and inventory management.
· Strategic marketing and business development expertise.
