Role Overview
As a Sales and Partnerships Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our network by onboarding new restaurant partners. This includes identifying prospects, initiating contact through various channels (e.g., cold calls, field visits, virtual meetings), and presenting partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new restaurant partners through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Present partnership packages clearly and persuasively to potential vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and vendor success.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, with performance incentives available.
- Act as a local market representative by monitoring competitor activity and gathering feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on vendor interactions to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles; field sales experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Filipino, and local dialects.
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Metro Manila (Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa).
- Highly motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month
