Job Overview:

  • Oversees the entire store operations for both kitchen and service areas. He/she shall ensure not only a customer driven workplace but also a well managed employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the store operations for both kitchen and service areas.
  • Implement and maintain food & beverage sales/marketing programs.
  • Exercise quality control for both food and beverage.
  • Direct and oversee development of employees.
  • Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews
  • Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for store operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain standards of service and ensure their implementation.
  • Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Crosta Pizzeria standards, Department of Health regulations and other Government strict policies.
  • Maintain communications with the Regional Manager and CEOs.
  • Coach and counsel employees to reflect Crosta Pizzeria service standards and procedures.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be on College level.
  • Has worked in any food service company in supervisory or management level for at least 2 years and above.
  • Possess a good organization, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Must be a Tech Savvy.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety management standards.
  • Must be able to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, great eye for detail, effective in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Google suites or Microsoft office tools.
  • Great adaptability and interpersonal skills.
