Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry data, collect information on investment projects and competitors, and conduct demand analysis.
  • Consolidate and analyze findings to prepare feasibility and pre-investment financial analysis reports.
  • Analyze financial statements and forecasts to evaluate revenue potential, profitability, and risks of investment projects.
  • Provide recommendations for financial policies and adjustments to support the company's strategic development.
  • Participate in business forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Provide professional financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies for proposed investment projects.
  • Prepare feasibility reports, valuation assessments, and risk analysis for investment decisions.
  • Prepare financial analysis reports tailored to management and business needs.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support business planning and investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment feasibility studies, or corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, feasibility research, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with PowerPoint/BI reporting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are advantageous
