Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance tests to ensure optimal application performance under different load conditions.
  • Utilize LoadRunner for scripting, execution, and result analysis in performance testing.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and define testing strategies.
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, providing clear documentation and recommendations for improvements.
  • Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and performance practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise in performance and load testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance Testing with a focus on Performance Testing.
  • Strong proficiency in LoadRunner (scripting, execution, and analysis).
  • In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Solid understanding of web applications, web servers, and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: Php55, Php85,000.00 per month
