About the role

Mobinea sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior QA / Software Tester / Scrum Professional to join our global team in Manila, Philippines. You will take a leadership role in ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our software solutions across diverse international projects.

As a key contributor, you will oversee the testing lifecycle - from planning and strategy to automation and release - while mentoring junior testers and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and implement advanced test strategies and frameworks for complex, distributed systems
  • Lead and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to define testing scope and acceptance criteria
  • Drive automation initiatives using modern testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter)
  • Oversee and continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards across multiple international teams
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, supporting Agile best practices and continuous delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability
  • Stay current with emerging QA trends, tools, and DevOps practices to strengthen the testing ecosystem
  • Contribute to a vibrant multinational environment with colleagues across the USA, Europe, and Asia

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing across international or large-scale projects
  • Proven track record in both manual and automated testing within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software lifecycle management
  • Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
  • Strong expertise in test automation scripting and API testing
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of diagnosing complex issues quickly
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in multicultural environments
  • Passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
