Tasks & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telephone & Admin Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in answering calls and directing them to the appropriate team member, in addition to providing support for various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Direct calls to the appropriate team members to ensure effective communication.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and filing documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to facilitate quick access to information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Provide general office support and help with any additional tasks to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
