Job Description
As an B2B Sales Representative, you will drive new business through proactive client outreach, freight rate negotiations, and tailored logistics solutions. You'll work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings while expanding market presence across air, ocean, and integrated supply chain services.

Shift: Mid shift (11:30 AM - 9:30 PM PHT / 10:30 PM - 8:30 AM CST), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding and outbound or inside B2B sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (non-negotiable)
- B2B cold calling and rate negotiation experience
- Experience in U.S. trade lanes or cross-border logistics (PH, VN, LK, or SEA region) is an advantage
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools, CargoWise, Datamyne, or TradeMo (optional)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dependability
- Strong phone presence and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Excellent listening, presentation, and multitasking skills
- Must attend weekly sales meetings every Wednesday
Your Daily Tasks
- Deal with customer queries via email and verbal communication.
- Generate leads and prepare quotes for clients based on requirements.
- Obtain costings and provide quotes with complete service information.
- Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping liners, and haulers.
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and overseas agents.
- Handle end-to-end queries until booking handover to the operations team.
- Support company growth by developing new business in ocean, air freight, and supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain customer-specific business plans to exceed goals.
- Analyze market trends and create strategies to increase margins.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies.
- Report performance data with insights into customer and market trends.
- Manage business development programs between specific countries and products.
- Attend conferences and trade shows as guided by management.
