As we scale operations across the country, SKINTIFIC is looking for a
detail-oriented Encoder
who will ensure the accurate and timely encoding of data that supports our field deployment and agency coordination efforts. This role is critical to maintaining clean, organized, and up-to-date records that power operational decisions and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Encoding Deployment Data:
    Encode large volumes of structured data including BA (Beauty Advisor) profiles, assignments, attendance logs, and performance sheets into internal systems or spreadsheets.
  • Database Management:
    Maintain and update centralized digital files ensuring version control and consistent formatting across all trackers, such as manpower headcount, store coverage, and field activity sheets.
  • Audit and Verification:
    Cross-check encoded data against source documents (e.g., DTRs, scanned forms, endorsements) for completeness and accuracy. Flag discrepancies to the Supervisor.
  • Time-Sensitive Input:
    Work under tight timelines during BA deployment cycles to support bulk encoding, especially during store openings, peak sales periods, or project launches.
  • Confidential Data Handling:
    Maintain strict confidentiality of personal and employment information, in line with data privacy regulations and internal protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Information Technology, Office Administration, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related fields
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in encoding, data entry, or back-office support in FMCG/retail/beauty industry
  • High level of accuracy, speed, and organization in managing high-volume data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital file management
  • Strong focus and discipline in repetitive tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite and handle sensitive documentation with full confidentiality
  • Fixed Wednesday - Thursday off
