Job description

Ensure that all transactions such as Sales, Collection and Interest Income are recorded properly

  • Review collection transactions and ensure recording in CRB daily
  • Review and ensure correct recording of Accounts Payable Vouchers entries daily
  • Ensure proper recording and timely liquidation of Cash Advances

Assist the Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager in the closing books of accounts

  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation monthly
  • Review Accuracy of Statement of Accounts vs. Loan Portfolio Balance vs. Staging of Account weekly every Friday

Account Reconciliations

  • Reconcile balance sheets account monthly
  • Maintain reconciliation of ledgers and subsidiaries

External Reporting

  • Assist Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager in coordinating with external and government auditors
  • Preparation of reports as may be required by external or government auditors
  • Assist and ensure compliance with government requirements such as BIR, SEC and LGU

Mainly in-charge in the analysis of Financial Statements of Customers.

  • Analyze aging of receivables, accounts payable and loans payables
  • Determine working capital turnover such as receivable, inventory and payable turnover.
  • Analyze cashflow and capacity of clients

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a CPA with at least 1 year experience working in financial or banking industry
