About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to support our finance function across multiple jurisdictions – Australia, the UK, and Timor-Leste.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, gain international exposure, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end bookkeeping and financial processing
  • Processing supplier invoices and data entry of bank payments
  • Reconciling corporate credit card transactions
  • Assisting with preparation of statutory financial reports
  • Supporting half-year review and year-end audit processes
  • Supporting quarterly financial reporting
  • Managing local compliance requirements (BAS preparation, VAT returns, withholding tax lodgements, etc.) across AU, UK & Timor-Leste
  • Preparing ad hoc costing reports for operations team members

Qualifications:

  • BBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in general accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
  • Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with accounting systems (knowledge of Classic in oil & gas/mining is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience working in an ASX-listed company is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM)
