ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

TIPICON ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS – Davao City

We are hiring an Accounting Associate to support our finance operations and ensure accurate, organized, and timely processing of company transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and reimbursements with complete supporting documents.
  • Prepare, encode, and validate accounting entries for daily transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining records for payables, project expenses, and supplier accounts.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for accurate cost allocation.
  • Support monthly financial reports, monitoring sheets, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, timelines, and documentation rules.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Tech, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, documentation tools, and basic financial systems.
  • Experience in construction or project-based accounting is an advantage (but not required).
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work with strict accuracy standards.
