Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including inventory and procurement processes, to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in a supervisory role or relevant department, typically requiring 3+ years of experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies for process improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various departments and report to management.
