Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible individual to oversee the maintenance, repair, and daily operations of a property, while also serving as a driver to transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from various job sites. This role demands versatility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously. The technician will ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and operational, while also providing support with transportation and logistics when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and routine checks on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems, addressing urgent issues to minimize downtime.
  • Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance, ensuring safety equipment is up to code and systems are in optimal condition.
  • Respond promptly to tenant repair requests, prioritize tasks based on urgency, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Inspect property interior and exterior, document maintenance activities, and report progress to management.
  • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites, maintain vehicle records, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage exterior upkeep, including landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor lighting/security.
  • Track and manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure tools/materials are available for maintenance work.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and contribute to sustainability efforts like water conservation and recycling.
  • Assist with minor property improvements and oversee contractors for larger renovation projects.
  • Maintain logs of all work performed and communicate effectively with managers, tenants, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,070.00 per month
