Salary: ₱45,000

Pay Frequency: Semimonthly

Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Work Location: Davao City – Work From Home

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with monthly close for acquired businesses, including preparing journal entries, maintaining schedules, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Review credit card transactions/expense reimbursements and apply proper accounting treatment.
  • Reconcile revenue and A/R. Monitor variances, unapplied cash, and timing differences.
  • Support audit and compliance requests by organizing workpapers and providing schedules.
  • Partner with the team on process improvements and system efficiencies as we scale.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed

You're comfortable in a high-growth environment and eager to deepen your accounting skill set while contributing to a mission-driven team.

What You Will Need to be Successful

  • 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience with NetSuite and AppFolio preferred (or similar Accounting/Property Management systems).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across various teams.
  • Familiarity with the property management industry is a plus.
  • CPA eligibility or progress is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php56,000.00 per month
