We're seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Head to lead our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. If you're a detail-oriented and leadership-driven individual, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Operations:

  2. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  3. Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.

  4. Inventory Management:

  5. Oversee inventory management processes, including stock counting and audits.

  6. Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.

  7. Team Management:

  8. Lead and manage warehouse staff.

  9. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  10. Safety and Compliance:

  11. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  12. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.

  13. Process Improvement:

  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

  15. Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:

  2. Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.

  3. Experience in managing teams and inventory.

  4. Skills:

  5. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

  6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Education:

  9. Graduate of Business Management, certification in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
