About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Gather, organise and analyse project data to monitor progress, identify trends and highlight potential issues
  2. Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate project status, risks and recommendations to stakeholders
  3. Support the project management team in planning, scheduling and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools, templates and processes
  5. Collaborate with various teams, including construction, design, and sales, to align on project goals and requirements
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Business, or Information Technology
  2. 2+ years of experience in a project analyst or similar role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  4. Proficient in using project management software, spreadsheets, and data visualisation tools
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
  6. Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a team environment and contributing to the successful delivery of projects
  7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
