REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost savings
  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
  • Ensure transparent and ethical selection and pricing procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements
  • Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement
